Being a Thailand native who has worked with major food corporations including Wolfgang Puck in Santa Monica, Chef Visanu became inspired to create his own line of Thai Fusion. Fusing together Thai, American, French, ltalian, Chinese and Japanese ingredients, has given Jasmine Thai a flavor all its own. The Chef's innovations have been featured in food and wine magazines, cookbooks, and even television shows. His Tom Kah Lobster Bisque and Red Curry Clam Chowder are some of his signature soups you definitely would not regret to order. When it comes to entrees, his Lamb Chop with Spicy Mango sauce is a famus 'must-try'!
